At ASNY Corporation, I supported real estate acquisitions that resulted in doubling of free cash flow and 20% ROIC over five years, growing the development portfolio to over nine figures through disciplined acquisition analysis. I prepared financial statements for a $290M acquisition audit and coordinated a $10M financing for a publicly listed real estate company in Taiwan.
